NOTE:
1. If you received a product in the wrong size or with a color problem, email us pictures, order number and item number within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
3. The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address on our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted by USPS.
4. The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense.
5. The following items cannot be returned: Vintage, one of a kind clothing product.
6. The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
7. Returns or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your package.
